My Friend Ian Made Me Do It.

Races two and three for 2010 are in the books!  Yesterday, my sister and I walked the 8K race and today I ran the half-marathon at the Yuengling Shamrock races in Virginia Beach, VA.  The 8K was pretty fun since people dress up all crazy - guess we love St. Patrick’s Day!  Today was a great day for running and the race medical director gave us a green flag for the race. 

Today was a good race overall - less than a minute off my new half-marathon PR from two weeks ago, so I was excited for that.  Especially since I had a tough head cold (complete with ear infection - yahooey!!) over a week and a half in between.

Now it is time to buckle down and focus on swimbikerun…97 days until IM CDA!!
